Pricing

A readable structure, with no surprise on the invoice.

The price follows the scope you steer: the number of entities and the modules you switch on. No named-user licensing, so steering never becomes a privilege.

Amounts pending validation

The tables below describe how the offers are structured. Amounts are not final: they will be published once commercially validated.

Pricing

Our billing principles

No per-user billing

A cockpit is useless if access has to be rationed. The price depends on the scope steered, not on how many people read it.

The same price in both modes

Choosing On-Premise for internal policy reasons should not cost you more.

Reversibility included

Your data exports in an open format, with no paid add-on and no exit negotiation.

Frequently asked questions

Does the price change with the deployment mode?

No. Choosing On-Premise because your internal policy requires it should not cost more than the sovereign cloud. Only the assisted installation option is billed separately, and it is optional.

Do you charge per named user?

No. A steering cockpit loses its point if access has to be rationed for licensing reasons. The price depends on the scope steered — the number of entities and the modules switched on — not on how many people read it.

Can we start with the FinOps module alone?

Yes, and that is the recommended route. FinOps is the entry module: it gives a readable trajectory from very little data. The other modules can be switched on afterwards, with no rework of what has already been entered.

What happens if we stop?

Your data exports in an open format, at any time and with no paid add-on. Reversibility is not an exit clause to negotiate, it is a product feature.

Can the number of entities change mid-year?

Yes. An acquisition or a reorganisation should not wait for the contract renewal. Adding an entity is a scope adjustment, not a renegotiation.

Where does the price list stand?
